Confidential information includes any business, personal, or legal information shared during the course of our engagement.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, documents, and content created by us remain the intellectual property of ZT Paralegal & Virtual Assistant unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Clients are granted a limited licence to use deliverables for the purposes specified in the agreement.

  • Clients retain ownership of any materials they provide to us.

6. Liability

  • We provide services with reasonable skill and care.

  • We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business, or data.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service causing the claim.

7. Termination

  • Either party may terminate services by giving written notice.

  • Upon termination, all outstanding invoices must be paid.

  • Confidentiality obligations and intellectual property clauses survive termination.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, with the revised effective date clearly displayed. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
